Architect Scott Kemp designed this 2200 square foot LEED Platinum house in Ladner, British Columbia, Canada for himself and his family. The structure uses SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) combined with a combination of 2x6's, 2x8's and 2x10's entwined together to form a heavy timber look.
